How your Facebook advertising works

Get your business message in front of the We Are Winchester Facebook community. Each package includes either two or four promotional Facebook posts. You supply the content; we review it and agree suitable publication slots.

Send us your advertising material

After choosing a package, please supply all the materials together:

  1. Your advert text.
  2. Photographs you have permission to use, preferably JPEG.
  3. A URL to your business website or Facebook Page.
  4. A clear call to action, such as your phone number or email address.
  5. Your preferred publication dates and times.

After purchase, we email instructions. Send the complete campaign together by email so we can review it and confirm publication dates.

Posting rules and restrictions

  • Currently limited to one business post per customer per week, subject to available slots.
  • Preferred dates and times are requests, not guaranteed bookings.
  • All text and images are reviewed for suitability; publication is subject to approval.
  • Facebook doesn't show every post to every follower. Reach varies with Facebook's distribution and audience engagement.
  • Check content and image quality carefully before submission. Changes to published posts aren't guaranteed; you may request removal.
  • Send your full campaign materials together to avoid delays.
